Birth years: 2003-2009. This is a non-refundable evaluation fee to be considered for one of the remaining roster spots on the 2022-2023 season Girls 14U or 19U Tier II teams. A hockey resume and coach letter of recommendation will need to be sent to girlsdev@oregonstatehockey.com after this fee is paid.
