INTERESTED IN BECOMING AN OFFICIAL? WE WANT YOU!
From Erik Nyberg, Oregon State Referee in Chief
Dear Players, Coaches and Hockey Community Members,
Have you ever wondered how you could get more involved with the sport you already know and love? If you have, then officiating just might be your answer.
Officiating can be a great way to get further involved in your local hockey community. Officiating can give you a deeper understanding of the game and even help you develop yourself as both a player and a coach.
Even if you no longer play or coach the sport, becoming a referee can be a great way to give back to the game you love. Also, it is an excellent way to learn the rules, improve your skating, have fun, and make some money.
If any of this interest you head over to our website www.oregonhockeyofficials.com to learn more about getting registered. Our Seminars will begin in August of 2021 and continue through late October.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to one of our members listed below. We are always looking for new people to get involved with officiating and we would be happy to have you on our team.
