Travel Permits

Canada

For travel to Canada, travel permits are required and must be applied for at least 60 days prior to travel. Your local registrar can generate the Canadian permit from their USA Hockey portal for your association president or team manager.

Once completed, permits for travel to Canada should be sent to USAH Pacific District Registrar Wendy Goldstein by email:  [email protected]. You can contact Wendy with questions at 714-496-3893. Please copy OSHA President Andy Potter at [email protected] on all Canadian travel requests.
