This is a non-refundable fee to tryout for the 12U Team Oregon Spring Team.
If you previously completed the tryout interest form on the OSHA website, we only need your player's name so we know who you are registering. (enter a dash in each of the other fields so you can proceed to checkout)
If you did not previously submit an interest form, we need all fields completed.
